A house-share that feels like a home

Space to be social. Space to have your own life.

The premium is not just in the bedroom. Five residents share a 114 m² home with a proper lounge, garden, modern kitchen and bright private rooms — enough communal space to enjoy living with people without feeling crowded by them.

Why it feels better to live in

The useful things have been thought about

Only five residents

The house keeps a separate furnished lounge and garden rather than turning every possible square metre into another bedroom.

Bright rooms with character

Four bedrooms face west towards the cul-de-sac. Rooms 1 and 2 have large full-height windows; Rooms 3 and 5 have large outward-opening windows. Room 4 trades the west-facing aspect for the leafiest rear outlook.

A kitchen made for sharing

The 2026 Howdens kitchen has allocated cupboard storage for each resident, with larger allocations for the larger rooms, plus a washer/dryer and the everyday equipment a shared house actually needs.

The house is looked after

Communal areas are professionally cleaned every fortnight, while inclusive bills, fast broadband and current safety certification remove some of the usual friction of a house-share.

Shared fairly

Your room is private. The rest of the home is shared equally.

Every tenant has equal use of the lounge, kitchen, garden and shared facilities. Room premiums reflect private bedroom size, furnishings and storage rather than a different share of the communal home.

The house has a shower room plus a separate WC, so the toilet is not tied up whenever someone is showering.

There is a two-car driveway and a resident-permit option for eligible tenants; the detailed permit rules and charges are in the FAQ rather than turning the house page into a parking manual.

Move in without buying the whole house again

The house already provides the bulky shared basics: washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, cleaning equipment and an outdoor rotary clothes dryer.

The supplied broadband service is 250+ Mbps with a Wi-Fi 6 router, and Council Tax and the main household utilities are included subject to the fair-use terms.
