Price matters when you are planning a move. Current vacancies show the advertised rent; occupied rooms show the standard new-let rate so you can register only for rooms that fit your budget.

Council Tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband are included, with a utility fair-use allowance of £86.66 per tenant per month. A TV licence is not included.
